This year's theme is New Paradigm for Licensing in Europe. Distinguished speakers will address the recent and pending legislative changes in Europe creating a new paradigm for licensing, including unitary patents and the UPC, new Block Exemptions Regulations, the European Data Act and the European Data Strategy, and the proposed SEP Regulation.
